Everyone deserves a second chance and Chevy has proven that he can be such a good boy. Aunt Dani decided our Chevy had earned an adventure. His own special day out on the town. First off they stopped at the vets office because all the girls make a big fuss over him and he gets so tickled. Then away they went for a drive and a special outing. He rode perfectly in the car and was a little gentleman at their picnic in the park. They sat in the grass and shared mozzarella sticks and Chicken tenders. Dani said he couldn't have been a nicer companion. We sure do love this kid.
Chevy is in need of some training, some special attention and lots of tlc. He has been passed around from home to home and never the kind of home he needed. He has spent too much time alone. Too much time on a chain and not enough interaction. This little man is a work in progress. He is coming along very well. We are hoping to change his life forever. He loves his yard and his toys, especially balls. Food is a super important thing in his life. He comes running when he's called in for dinner. He is better with women. Takes him awhile to warm up to men but if you have a snack, especially jerky he will be your best friend. He is a bit rambunctious so would not be a good fit for small children. Chevy is so happy when he's out playing in the yard with one of his favorite people. He has a big ole smile and a fun little personality. He would do best as an only dog and definitely no kitties. He would love to go hiking and camping and have lots of room to play. He needs an inside home and a fenced yard. Chevy is an 18 month old Healer Pit bull mix. He is neutered, up on all his vaccinations and micro chipped. Please call Lorrie if you can take just a little extra time to give him a chance
